Things that bring me joy-smartfood

I realize that a lot of my blog topics are about food...that tells a lot about me...

Anyway, I bought a new snack and I had to share. SmartFood is a sweet popcorn snack in individual bags. I bought the cranberry one with the coupon I had and it was so delicious. I wanted the bag of it to be bigger for 120 calories but that is always the case. It was fulfilled the sweet and crunchy cravings I had. YUMMY.

fun thing for k-2 graders

Just a quick reminder about the up com ing Fantastic Fridays party! We have a great time planned for all K-2nd graders. This is a great chance for kids to invite their friends to have a fun, positive experience at church. We’d love to have a record number of kids present! This will be the last Fantastic Friday party until the fall, so we’d especially love for our 2nd graders to be able to join us one last time before they move up.

Party details:

When? This Friday, May 29th
What time? Starts at 3:30, but com e when you can – ends at 5:45 p.m.
Where? Drop off and pick up from the KBC Gym
Theme? Crazy Cow Carnival!

We’ll have lots of cow games, snacks (no, we’re not actually eating cows), and prizes for all who come. So invite those friends – the more, the merrier! And for bonus points, wear a piece of clothing that is both black and white.

Jon and Kate plus 8 minus 1

Did anyone else watch Jon and Kate last night? I was so saddened by it that I was dreaming about it. It's very apparent that there hearts aren't in the marriage anymore. I hope that they can plug through it. I wonder if it is all the media attention or if the stress of their lives is causing this. I hope that they take a break from the media! But it sure doesn't seem like that will happen!

Ayden pedaling her trike

Today Ayden was pedaling her tricycle by herself and it brought a tear to my eyes. These things I was so excited for Rylee to do, didn't notice when Mason did (Sorry buddy) and am now sad that the baby is doing.

btw she wanted to wear that winter hat instead of the sunhat...I finally put it away so she couldn't find it to wear it...

Put 1 pack of Lit'l Smokies in a crock pot and add 1 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate (do not mix with water), 1 T. flour, 1 T. mustard, 1 T. vinegar. Heat on low for 2 hours and serve.
